Digital Marketing Manager

  1. Candidate should have between 3-7 years of experience in end to end management of performance marketing across Paid Social channels.
  2. Expertise in Social Media Marketing and advertising across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  3. Strong analytical abilities, highly organized, detail-oriented.
  4. Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, YT Analytics, Facebook creator studio, Google Ads manager, etc .
  5. Experience in managing multiple ongoing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  7. Proven experience of handling multiple lead generation campaigns.

  1. Lead multiple digital marketing initiatives across channels, within given timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.
  2. Planning, executing & monitoring PPC campaign on major search engines & SM.
  3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  4. Optimize campaigns on day to day basis across digital and social media to strive for maximum throughput and to intact slated Metrics/KPIs.
  5. Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
  6. Identify, ideate, execute and report on growth marketing strategies.
  7. Google and YouTube marketing, ideation & execution.
  8. Optimizing Ads, Revenue, Marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
  9. Plan, execute and Manage digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization.
  10. In-depth understanding of Google/Facebook platforms – customer audience capability, various types of campaigns and objectives, ability to select and optimize campaigns as per business objectives.
  11. Conceptualizing & managing consumer research & strategic surveys – developing cost effective means of driving continuous feedback loops through digital / social tools.
  12. Relationship management with key stakeholders – editorial, sales, legal, finance, audit etc.
  13. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  14. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.
  15. SEO/SEM campaign ideation, planning and execution along with monitoring web traffic metrics.
