HR Manager

  1. Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field
  2. 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Generalist role managing activities from Hire to Exit
  3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  4. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigation
  5. Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  6. Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  7. Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
  8. Attention to detail and good judgment.

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the business from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with consultants and to onboarding talent
  2. Work with department heads with resource planning ,monitor manpower requirement as per plan and ensure timely closure of positions
  3. Ensure robust hiring reporting includes creating strategies for sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates to ensure that the recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines.
  4. Manage talent attraction programs, sourcing talents for the function using different sourcing tools and building and utilizing candidate pool for current and future positions
  5. Manage new hire communication and new hire orientation process
  6. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and employee benefits
  7. Active involvement in disseminating of Company Code, Values and policies generically impacting employees in general
  8. Develop programs to enhance employee relations and come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
  9. Conceptualizing ,driving employee engagement and team-building exercises
  10. To update and manage various HR MIS as per the requirement on a daily/monthly or requirement basis
  11. Drive Performance Management process within the organization
  12. Handle confidential matters with discretion
